ADT's subsidiary company Advanced Dicing Technologies Inc. operates in the USA. Located in Horsham Pennsylvania, the company offers local support to our North American customers.

ADT Inc. offers Service, Spare Parts, Training, Preventive Maintenance Contracts, Demo and Application Centers, in addition to Sales and Technical Assistance for ADTs Dicing Saws and Annular Dicing Blades.

Training

Our training center is located at Horsham Pennsylvania. We supply training for the 7100 Series, the 7500 Series, the 980 Series and related products.
Courses are conducted in a quiet, comfortable classroom, equipped with ADT's latest platforms and state-of-the-art electronic media tools.

During the time you will spend at our training center, you will be offered to visit our laboratories, consult with our product specialists and be updated on current aspects of the dicing operation. We will enhance your knowledge on mounting and cleaning techniques, on dicing blades, flanges, tools, water circulators, UV tapes, UV curing etc.

Two basic courses are offered:

• Level 1: Operation training
• Level 2: Maintenance training

Courses start on Monday at 8:30 AM and end on Friday 12:30 PM.

Our Preventive Maintenance Contracts are designed to provide service on our equipment according to your specifications and requirements and following your planned maintenance schedule.

PA Application Laboratories

Our primary goal is to ensure that innovations in dicing process technology and methods for optimizing the dicing process are transferred to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. To achieve this goal we have established an Application and Process Development Center in our PA main office. Our demo and process development center is equipped with our most advanced platforms, blades and peripheral equipment for testing your products under real conditions.
