Background

ADT will discontinue the sale of the 913 Mist Venting System effective 1/Aug/2014.

ADT will provide five years support program for the 913 Mist Venting System. This program goal is to provide 913 customers with the Service and parts support needed to keep their machines in operation.

New 913 Series Sales

New 913 sales will not be available.

Field Service Support

ADT will provide field service support for the 913 standard product lines through Aug 1, 2019.

The 913-service support program will include:

• Through Aug 1, 2019ADT service will continue to provide routine maintenance and repair of all 913 Series (this may be limited by spare parts availability).

Spare Parts Support

ADT will sell standard 913 spare parts through Aug 1, 2019.

ADT may, at its discretion:

• Sell available spare parts from stock or
• Where feasible, recommend and sell substitute parts or conversion kits.
