Discontinuation of 977
ADT announces the formal discontinuation of the 977 / 977LA Version 0 Stand-Alone Cleaner system, effective May 30, 2020. This discontinuation applies to all systems with serial numbers 640725 and below.
The discontinued Version 0 systems will be replaced by ADT’s newly improved 977 / 977LA Robust Version Stand-Alone Cleaner system, offering enhanced performance and reliability.
To support existing customers, ADT will provide a seven-year support program for all 977 / 977LA Version 0 systems. This program is designed to ensure continued operation by providing the necessary services and spare parts for as long as feasible.
