Discontinuation of 972
ADT announces the formal discontinuation of the 927 Water Recycling System, effective January 1, 2020. This discontinuation applies to all 927 systems currently installed in the field.
The discontinued 927 system will be replaced by ADT’s newly improved AR‑927 Water Recycling System, offering enhanced performance, improved reliability, and upgraded operational capabilities.
To support existing customers, ADT will provide a seven‑year support program for all 927 Water Recycling Systems. This program is designed to ensure continued operation by providing essential services and spare parts for as long as feasible.
